The Falls is a private residential community of 141 custom homes located in Hobe Sound. Set among tall pines and preserve areas, our neighborhood is known for its quiet privacy and natural setting. As you enter The Falls, residents and visitors enjoy views of the lakes and waterfalls that define our unique landscape.

Within the 355‑acre Lost Lake area, residents also have access to the privately owned Club at Lost Lake, a Jim & Tom Fazio–designed 18‑hole championship course. The club operates independently from The Falls, and membership is entirely optional for residents who choose to join.
